Check out my listings! I've been purging and it feels great. When we had to clean out our bookshelves in order to install the new carpet, I found some "vintage" items to possibly sell. Also, when we cleared out the shelf in the garage, I found some boxes of old Newsweeks. I don't know what I was thinking, but they're now 30-35 years old! I also have some old Life magazines from the 50s. We'll wait on the old books, but I've listed some paperbacks and magazines on ebay.

I listed a group of 12 Mad paperback books, a group of 24 Mad magazines, and a group of 47 National Lampoon magazines. I have bids on all three listings! Yesterday I catalogued Playboys from 1969 to 2006. Today I'll list a few groups of them.

It's barely worth my time, but it's fun to see what I get for them. The media shipping cost is minimal.

Last weekend we saw the movies, "Flipped" and "The Other Guys." Rob Reiner's "Flipped" is right in the time period of my youth and I loved the movie. Tonight we're going to a minor league baseball game, with fireworks afterwards. We're used to continual 100 degree temps in the summer, but this year, it's been in the 80's and 90's. Not too bad...
