Nope, but I've been thinking about getting one.

White, baby blue, wedgewood blue, and pink flowered wallpaper and borders.

Sneakers, AKA tennis shoes.

Do any of your friends have children?
Yes, most of my friends have children and some even have grandchildren.

Morning bird or night owl?
Neither one. I like to get up at 9 am and go to sleep at 11 pm.

Do you ever take medication to help you sleep better?
In recent months I have. Usually I can sleep anywhere, anytime.

What CD is currently in your CD player?
Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young because we're going to see them perform tomorrow night.

What kind of milk do you drink?
Non-fat. I love milk.

Who was the last person to call you on the phone?
My friend, Denise, to make plans for our picnic tomorrow night before the concert.

Yes. Gulp.

No more shy than I am around the same sex.

Yes I do.

What is your favorite salad dressing?

My friend makes a delicious dressing but I don't know what's in it. I like caesar salad dressing and an oil and vinaigrette dressing.

Do you cry a lot?
Sometimes I am very emotional. Probably too often.


Who was the last person to text you a message?
I don't usually do text messaging, but Mr. Puffy is the only person to have sent me one.

Desk top, one year old. Brand new keyboard.

Just some freckles.

Would you ever date someone with tattoos?
I guess so.

Is sex before marriage wrong?
No, it's right.

When was the last time you slept on the floor?
I have no idea.

I have no idea.

Do you like cottage cheese?
Finally! An important question. I'll eat it once in a while, but I like yogurt much better.


What will be your next big purchase?
A car, I hope.

I'm about to go on a cruise, so hopefully there will be some wicked fun soon.

Firey HOT!

Today the temperature in Los Angeles County was an all-time record high of 119 degrees. It was 121 in Palm Springs (record high was 124) and 112 in Burbank. The all-time record high anywhere was 136 in Libya in the 1920's (saw this on TV). It's about 90 degrees right now (11:30 pm).

Unfortunately we went to the Dodgers baseball game tonight. Hot hot hot. At least we brought our spritzer fan/spray bottle. We drank about 30 oz of water, each.

Yesterday afternoon, a friend called asking us how close we were to the fire. Uh, what fire? THE FIRE THAT'S A FEW BLOCKS FROM YOUR HOUSE, THAT'S WHAT FIRE.

Oh.

So we went outside, saw the black billowing smoke, walked up the block and saw the firemen and fire trucks. Thankfully, they got it under control fairly fast. It covered 30 acres and the helicopters dropped water on it to put it out. Luckily, Mr. Puffy came home from work early and wasn't stuck in the traffic due to the fire right next to the freeway. Once we were outside, those helicopters were right overhead. We didn't have to prepare to evacuate, like we've had to do a few other times. We didn't want to leave our windows open overnight, due to the smokey smell, so we left the air conditioner on all night.

Our local electric bill rates are going up for the third time this year, next month. I've spoken to a few people whose bills are $500-600 a month for ELECTRICITY!! Thanks, Ken Lay. I hope you need air conditioning in Hell and can't afford it.
